Not so fast with unc

They are tied fo the nc system and the nc system wants to make sure state is coverered. Then the nc general assembly is working on stete rule requiring regular scheduling in football between all nc public schools. This means app state ecu and charlotte. Btw the state system is digging into unc operation to ensure comsistency between the state schools. Already chapel hill administration is complaining of not having independence. Appears unc wealthy alumni who give alot to unc chapel hill not pleased-
