Is there a how ?

I have read many Warchant fantasies about "horse trading" and alleged behind the scene deals involving FSU, Clemson, even Notre Dame. I have also read there that FSU has it all figured out on how it is going to finance their estimated payment of $350 million or so, somehow. Then, there was Warchant discussion about The Dude of WVU commenting that FSU may be able to sue based upon fraud. I have yet to hear a concrete, coherent way that FSU can get out from under the GOR. They claim to be not worried about it at all, so there is that.......
