Lol, I have been following this fiasco

Apparently, the total per team under the new deal is closer to $65 million than the $75 million previously announced by the Big Ten. They owe Fox something like $40 million. The Big Ten doesn't own its TV rights, the BTN does and Fox owns the majority of the BTN. They sold some rights that they do not own. Other than the above, all is well.
