I think they have some unrealistic boosters who demand action now.

Somehow some of their boosters don't understand the price of leaving is $120 million plus no TV revenue for 13 years. With that hanging around everyone's neck in the ACC, no one is leaving any time soon. The best they can do is try like everyone else to make it work until 2030 or so, and see what kind of deals we get then. If they don't like it then, then they can bail realistically. I think the B10 will probably take them then, even if they are bad again, but probably not the SEC. IMO, what their administration is doing now is just for show to placate their boosters, and to remind the world that they are "back". If they did nothing now, because nothing can be done, the big boosters would be after their, um, scalps.
