And not Duke?

UNC and NC State are part of the same university system. Would they demand the Wolfpack, too? If all of the school's in the ACC are at risk of becoming second tier, then are any in a position to make requests for special concessions? We all assume Duke is going to be left out and that UNC is cool with that, because they can just schedule them out of conference. But couldn't they do that with UVA, too?
