I understand what you are getting at, the Ad revenue for broadcasts has to

exceed the payout to these conferences. And Ad revenue are based on Nielsen and other viewership results. And while I think you are right that they may be overpaying, wouldn't that take several years to tell the BIG or SEC that their product is not worth as much as we paid you in the past?
