Rice? I thought the ACC should have looked at Houston. Rice is great

academically, but we are talking about sports. Rice would not help. ND is not going to join the ACC as a full member. Skipper has been on the shelf for a bit. Maybe he is not the best source right now. I am sure Skipper knows way more than I do, but I question his thinking on these two points.
