If I'm ACC, I would shred the GOR and make a power move with B12

Go to 20 teams and balance out school size, geography, football brand, and basketball brand. ACC teams in (11): Duke GT NCSU VT Louisville Miami Pitt UVA Clemson (risk of SEC) UNC (risk of SEC) FSU (risk of SEC) B12 teams in (9): UCF Houston Cincinnati Kansas Kansas State Ok State Texas Tech Iowa St WVU Left out would be BC, Syracuse, WF, BYU, Baylor, TCU. If any ACC schools leave for SEC/BIG then you pick from this group and/or American Conf.
