It’s my understanding that the ACC would own the departing school’s right to any and all media revenue regardless of where it’s earned until the expiration of the GOR agreement. So, basically, any school that leaves wouldn’t receive any media rights revenue until the end of the agreement in 2026. Others may have have different view points, but until there is a publicly available legal description/determination of the financial arrangement as to what happens in the event a school leaves under the agreement, all we can do is speculate.
