There are conflicting accounts whether the game will count against ND's ACC scheduling obligation or not. I think the safest assumption at this point, because it's the most equitable, is that when Clemson is already in the rotation for ND as part of the ACC scheduling obligation, the game counts toward the five games they have to play each year against ACC opponents. When they aren't, it will not. If it ends up being the game counts vs. the five ACC games no matter what, then burn this dumbass conference to the ground.
