With House v NCAA judge sayin u can’t current roster spots can they do it?

She’s said she will not sign off on the settlement until they come up with a way to preserve current roster spots, so how can they cut an entire team of roster spots and meet her demands? Am I missing something here?

No settlement yet, so cut sports before the settlement actually gets passed**

Cutting sports is cutting roster spots, not sure Judge will sign it if so.**

She wants a phase in period to get to the roster limits.
