So how does the Big XII pay back PE

Big XII gets a cash infusion-do they get one, or multiple? How does PE get paid back? TV revenue? Stadium revenue? Donor revenue? (This would go well) Feels like loan sharking to me. And loan sharks ALWAYS get paid back.
