If the brand is # of eyeballs like he described it, I’m good with brand. VT
Stech 02/01/25 09:24 PM ET
But if only 3 teams get the majority of ND visits, their numbers will be...
EDGEMAN 02/03/25 01:43 PM ET
My question is if F$U is to be considered a brand as long as they are not
IB4TECH 02/04/25 08:07 PM ET
*Pate said in the Podcast it’s based on ratings, VT needs strong OOC games
Stech 02/04/25 08:28 PM ET
Unfortunately, I think you are right, not only for VT, but for the
Big12 guy 02/04/25 10:09 PM ET
Ratings would be okay. That gives everyone a chance.**
IB4TECH 02/04/25 08:31 PM ET
I hope we make it embarrassingly difficult for the ACC to NOT schedule VT
Marooned 02/03/25 08:36 PM ET
If ND is going to play CU, UM and FSU in football every year, they should
Maroon Baboon 02/04/25 02:41 AM ET
Hopefully, we can visit this "brand" idea periodically.
Truthahn 02/04/25 01:38 PM ET
Its the ACC doing this, ND merely agreed
TerryD 02/04/25 09:01 AM ET
Glad you said that
1947Sunbowl 02/04/25 12:25 PM ET
Understood. I don't think it's good for either party to be honest.**
Maroon Baboon 02/04/25 10:28 AM ET
it definitely benefits the ACC when ND plays on the road against them.**
reestuart 02/04/25 01:18 PM ET
So, from my perspective, this is not ND cherry picking their

All know that SOS component for rankings will increase in value, 4 playoff
Stech 02/04/25 11:42 AM ET
Definitely an advantage for them with ND’s TV ratings, we need 2 P4 games

I question if number three is accurate
SpeakToDamien 02/01/25 07:01 PM ET

I could easily see Georgia Tech being the Mag 7 plus 1 w/ ND not wanting to
Stech 02/01/25 05:30 PM ET
yes, VT needs to be more agressive in the revenue generator and branding
1947Sunbowl 02/02/25 04:06 PM ET
So GT and Miami to the BIG one day very possible?
MrFantastic! 02/02/25 08:37 AM ET
I think GT & Miami fit the recent profile of B1G expansion candidates, VT
Stech 02/02/25 01:40 PM ET
Best case scenario, but still plausible. B1G and SEC each take one VA and
Maroon Baboon 02/02/25 01:13 PM ET
All plausible, I prefer Tech & UVA n the same Conference for Olympic sports
Stech 02/03/25 08:38 AM ET
If the networks will pay for it, anything is possible. The P2 will not

I see both as candidates for the B1G, GT was not included in the Mag 7, I

That should have told you that the powers that be see VT
VTCALS72 02/04/25 11:02 AM ET
