FSU had that spot secured before they ever filed that lawsuit. The FSU President or Chancellor probably didn't receive that assurance directly from Sankey & Petitti. However the Administrators at FSU knew through 3rd parties that FSU has a P2 spot. Clemson has a P2 spot and so does UNC. Others in the ACC may be getting very positive vibes from the P2 as well. However FSU, Clemson & UNC are not going to the Big 12. That rumor is kept alive as click-bait by Big-12 YouTubers. That is all it is with Yormark saying something corny occasionally to fuel his own Big-12 audience. Yormark does have a history in the music entertainment industry.
