An easier way to do this is to form a mini-relegation and promotion system

within the ACC. The top tier would get a winner's TV cut, closer to P2 money. The loser's would play in a second tier and get closer to G5 money. But every school would have a chance to get into the top tier based on performance. This way, basketball stays together, the ACCN stays on the air, and better football matchups. By the way, this could be a model for the B1G and the SEC to follow in the future.
