I don't believe it

In 2003, we were drowning in the Big Least, and would go to any respectable conference that would throw us a life preserver. The SEC had their chance, and passed. After expending every favor to get out of the Big Least and into the ACC, there is no way we were going to join the SEC when they invited aTm. It was too soon after all of that wrangling to get ACC membership. Frankly 2012 was probably too soon too if that was even true.
