Do you think CBS wouldn't fork over $1 billion to the P2 to broadcast a new
Tournament? Then they could have 100% control, give the non-P2 schools a dollar more than the NCAA does and they will come.
The only reason the NCAA exists right now is because of the tournament revenue that funds them.
