FSU can't afford the buyout so they have to try and break it

As 2hhop3 pointed out, the ACC called FSUs bluff my highlighting the buy out possibility, pay up and leave, but how much FSU afford? $500million? $300 million? The ACC really has nothing to gain by negotiating. I know a few intellectual property attorneys and they say once an entertainer sells their rights to a production company its damn near impossible to get them back. They also point out that this is, at its core, an IP dispute and is likely headed to federal court. I think people (click baiters on youtube and twitter) are grossly overstating the strength of FSUs hand.

Anyone here think the ACC would be gutted like the PAC was without the GOR?

PAC12 had a GOR. It just expired. **

Probably, but the difference is they'll be 6-7 schools left afterwards

Actually I can and it all depends on who has a better landing spot than we

I think the P2 take at least 5 ACC schools
tarheelblue 02/27/24 01:15 AM ET
Do you know what’s funny about that list?
lawhokie 02/27/24 05:47 PM ET
What's even funnier is that it was essentially the ACC in 2004
tarheelblue 02/27/24 06:46 PM ET
Yes the whole "all we need is Miami" was sure wrong.
VTCALS72 02/28/24 11:00 AM ET
I think that might be the order for the Big 10 but not the SEC
VTCALS72 02/27/24 07:44 AM ET
Doubt the SEC has Miami that high? Maybe not FSU.
MrFantastic! 02/27/24 06:54 AM ET
I dispute the notion that SEC will expand
obguthr 02/27/24 05:58 AM ET
ACC as we know it, it’ll be the Big East with tier 2 or 3 football teams,

May happen as you say........
2hhoop3 02/26/24 10:01 PM ET
If FSU overplays their hand, both the Big and SEC may treat them like they
VTCALS72 02/27/24 01:52 PM ET
Why do you think l the AAC GOR can be broken by FSU or anyone else before
anotherdamnyankeehokie 02/26/24 06:43 PM ET
Maybe not. The ACC would get a contract similar to the B12 if they
