VT alumnus Vincent Ciattei finished 7th in the 1500m at US Championships
Cole Hocker, who trains in Blacksburg, finished 3rd in the 1500m.
VT alums Grace Boone and Lindsey Butler both finished in the top 15 in the Women's 1500 prelims, but didn't make the final.
Another VT alumna, Essence Henderson, is competing this afternoon in the Women's Discus.

He has really worked hard and improved. I know him leaving VT left some hard feelings, but hats off to the guy. He graduated from Florida without a sponsor, and he was working nights at UPS until June.

not place nationally. (2019 & 2020)
Her senior year at LSU she won national indoor & outdoor championships.
She left Tech to be trained by current world record holder, Armand Duplantis’
father at LSU. She and the fellow Swede, Armand were at LSU together for for that one year, and dated. Before he turned pro.
She would have done better if stayed at Tech.
