My wife is getting operated on next week with hip surgery, so I just need to get this done today. I have 7x24 care for her for years now, so time is the essence. I will run out tomorrow to go food shopping, rush back home, and do this.

...to the cold water inlet of the barn faucet? Or you want to connect the hose to the outlet of the barn faucet?

It has two handles for hot and cold and one spigot. it seems I am looking for a sink-to-garden hose adapter and I think I have it covered.

I was trying to figure out if you are wanting to feed cold water from your house into the barn faucet using a garden hose, or to feed water from the spout of the faucet into a garden hose. Sounds like it's the former...

1) I have a kitchen faucet in my barn tack room. My tack room has hot and cold water. 2) I get one of these things in the link. 3) I remove the existing aerator on the existing faucet. 4) I hook up this coupler to the existing faucet. 5) I attached garden hose to the new coupler 6) I turn on the hot and cold water to a warm temperature 7) Run the hose out of the barn so I can bath my horse using the warm water or just get naked to take an outdoor shower (:>) 8) I have cold water right outside the barn to wash horses, but sometimes it is nice to have warm water to wash the horses. I am actually going to use it for a redneck outdoor shower at times.
