A little trippy but...I like it.
The other building are housing? offices? Parking? Combinations of Parking and other?
or is this one of those deals you have to take public transport?

...is that Josh Harris and his partners got all the land around the stadium site...to develop as they wish. Whether they go office/residential...or attempt something like what's happening at The Wharf is TBD. Since more and more owners are leaning toward the big entertainment district concepts...it would surprise me to see those guys turn that waterfront into something other than just office space.

I was kinda thinking that DC would have wanted housing but...if it's their land to do what they want then ... the latter.

I'm usually for never changing the name of something eg George Munger award, but, if they tear the old building down and build a new one that's dispensation to move on.
