today's trivia
Richard Nixon got 96.8% of the electoral votes in 1972. George Washington got 100% of the electoral votes in 1788 and 1792. Which two Presidents had landslide victories that were larger than Nixon's 96.8% but less than Washington's 100%.

In all honesty
The username made sense for me. I grew up ski racing in Vermont and went to Virginia Tech. So it has a good double meaning.

ding, ding, ding, correct!
Monroe effectively ran unopposed in 1820. He won every state; however, one elector chose to cast his vote for John Quincy Adams so that Monroe would not match the unanimous electoral college wins of George Washington. Monroe got 99.6% of the electoral votes that year. In 1984, Ronald Reagan won 525 electoral votes, the most ever garnered. He won every state except Walter Mondale’s home state of Minnesota, obtaining 97.6% of the electoral vote.

That was one the best and perhaps the best show ever. My favorite was
when they mounted machine guns into the grill of Max's car and wired them into the horn. Someone cut him off in traffic. Max then hit the horn, sending a burst of bullets into the car that had cut him off.
