And that people are dumb enough to ride them in the street.
In Northern VA...right in the middle of rush hour.
Has anybody else seen this or was it an isolated incident?

holding a case of Busch Light on his shoulder. The other hand was used for making turn and stop signals, and he was wearing a helmet, gloves, kneepads. I think I would call an Uber for a beer run instead.
