If a college's res-life info says they provide "wireless cable TV",......
...what the hell does that mean, in terms of hardware requirement? In other words, what sort of TV would fit the bill?

in the dorm. I believe it was called Philo. Think youtube TV or Hulu live. She'll need a smart TV or add a something like a roku to a regular TV
