Anyone have any feedback on owning a Hyundai Palisade. I'm about to drive
my Explorer into dust and need a next gen SUV. Only negative I've heard is they don't have a kill switch if stolen. Good gosh used cars are expensive....

and it has the engine shut-off software that older Hyundai's don't. I highly recommend it and it is pretty much the same car as the Kia at a lower price.

The wind noise is probably the crossbars on the luggage rack on top of the vehicle.
Both Santa Fe's had that noise...removed the crossbars and the noise was gone.

Both cross bars are on pivots at one end and fold into the rails. They snap out on the other end and pivot across roof and snap into where the other one's free end is removed.
Always available - but no noise.

Are they a magnet for car thieves like Hyundai sedans?

Had a lot of features but the interior build quality suffered to add those gadgets. Wind noise was pretty up there too, always sounded like there was a window cracked or a door partially open. I didn't like it, wife was proud of it but really wanted a hybrid, so she traded it for a '23 RX350 Hybrid. Nice and quiet and similar gadgetry... electronic features within the boundaries of taste

….she likes it, and she’s still hot, so I trust her opinion.
