How do you figure they’ll be able to do that?

Reports are they Russia has lost most of their best trained soldiers and best weapon systems. They appear to be having slow success just sending in waves of untrained, poorly equipped newly recruited folks, but that would appear to be a limited strategy. How are you thinking they’ll be able to have success now that Ukraine is better armed/prepped when Russia failed so miserably 10 months ago? I’m sure you know more about this than I do, but this assessment seems different than what the experts are predicting.
