every single Friday there was an accident on 81 on my drive home. Never any accidents going in to work... just when it was quitting time and I was ready to be done. And if there is an accident, once 81 gets backed up there really aren't any "fast" ways around it because everyone (especially the tractor trailers) gets off and clogs up the alternate routes with traffic that those roads weren't designed for.
