From the time I was 15y/o I tried to buy my neighbors 454 Chevelle SS but
he wouldn't sell it to me, said I'd kill myself in it. He had won several stock drag racing events with it back in the late 70's and early 80's. Offered him 40K in 91 still wouldn't sell it to me...
