My fav is Portobello mushrooms (big ones). You can eat them on a hamburger bun, and with grilled onions it is pretty good. I put a lot of harder vegetables directly on the grill(potatoes in foil, carrots, onions). They take a long time but if you are working the grill for a long time they come out pretty good. All my kids eat meat so there are many trips back and forth to the grill. My wife is the junk food vegan in the family so she eats all this beyond meat products. I have a bit now and again and the sausages are exactly the same tasting as real sausages. You would be hard pressed to tell the diff in a blind taste test. Then there are the beyond meat hamburgers. They are ok.
