Visited Fallingwater for maybe the fifth time on their members day, this over maybe 40 year time span. Freezing cold, freezewarnings last night and I was just not prepared. Pulled out a cycling jacket for cooler weather, but that was not enough. Still, enjoyed it, although like a rock song that you’ve played to death I was glazing over a bit. Pay your money and take your chancesWould still like to drive through Wisconsin and maybe Oak Park, Chicago and do a Frank Lloyd Wright tour sometime maybe even this fall. Just checked in for another night, need to get over that anxiety that you have to get back home for some reason. I need to relax and realize no I don’t. Ohiopyle is a cool little hole-in-the-wall, with easy to moderate hiking trails the great Allegheny passage (GAP)Trail (great for cycling, connect up with the C&O canal trail to go from Pittsburgh to Washington DC) and also known for world class white water, kayaking, and or raft trips, fishing, etc. Got my bike with me, but haven’t ridden at all this year. Maybe tomorrow will be a lot warmer and I don’t wuss out. I had done a lot of the GAP way back when, maybe reestablish my farthest point north of here.
