Appears the US is in the lead when it comes to data centers.

The U.S. leads with 3,960 data centers, the largest footprint in the dataset. That’s more data centers than the next 14 countries combined. Europe clusters heavily (UK, Germany, France lead), while Asia’s footprint is growing (China, India, Japan).
