Anyone ever bought a car off Carvana? Been in the market for trucks lately

and I see a lot of good ones then see the "deliver to you house" thing and a stupid delivery fee. I have no interest in buying a car before physically seeing and driving it, I'm just curious what people's experiences have been. Carvana gives you a 7 day test drive, but if the car sucks and you return it are you out the delivery fee? I've seen those range from free to a couple thousand bucks.
