Pet Peeve: Landscapers that park all 4 wheels on the road
Jack wagons on my way to and from work parked their truck with trailer on the road with flashing lights for over an hour in a curve while cutting the customer's lawn. Figure out how to back into a driveway or park off the road. I almost got hit by someone driving in my lane to get around the a-holes blocking the road.
