Google has this API called "Google Places". My program searches for Bars in a town by calling the Google Places API with the name of the place. Then when the list is returned, the AI reads the comments made by people on Google, about the place, and decides if it is a dive bar or not. Totally AI driven, as there is no "dive bar meta data tag" on Google. It's decently accurate, not perfect but pretty good.
