So you've maxed out your 401k and aren't eligible for IRA deductions.

What's the next, most logical area for investment? Are there any tax advantaged accounts left or just swallow your pride and pay the taxes and pick and choose?

You can still invest in a traditional IRA but you can't deduct those ...
