Full-Set and Moonshine

I’ve been wondering about Schools like Vandy or Rutgers etc. they are super academic , they’ll never be in a playoff contention , they get their big shares of the $$$$. Are they expected to improve and expand their facilities ? Yes. Are they expected to get the top recruits? No. They are expected to be doormats . It’s not a bad place to be right now. JMO.
