Gearheads… question about F1
I watch zero auto racing of any kind, so I just googled. But… is it true that the cars in F1 can be different in terms of specs? So whichever team has the most money has the best chance of winning because, generally, they can design and build a better car than less rich teams? Yes, a driver can overcome some things, but generally $$$ = best odds to win? TIA.
