My daughter had internship with Norfolk Southern while at Tech. She was the
only woman on the construction/design unit.
They were working on the new Ironto rail yard at that time.
But I vaguely remember her talking about some giant yard in Nebraska. It’s in an area I had worked near years ago. It’s also where the world’s largest beef processing plant was located. Lots of trains bringing that cattle in.
