ding, ding, ding, correct!

Bob McNeish had played halfback for some great Southern Cal team in the early 1930’s. Evidently, he was one of the many great players who did not become great coaches. His lone win at VT was over Richmond in 1949. He was winless in both 1948 and 1950. His swan song in 1950 was a “perfect” 0-10 record! His replacement, the legendary Frank Moseley, returned VT football to respectability by the mid-1950’s.
