I won't even give it a chance. Some say that I still hold a grudge for when

the "soccer beanies" completely swarmed over Madison Manor park in Arlington on weekends unannounced in 1971, along with all of the screaming families, lawn chairs, coolers...All day mayhem came to our personal neighborhood paradise, and all of our tackle football/stickball/whatever we could make up games, went by the wayside with nary a care from the invaders. But that can't be it.
