Tastes in cuisine are so rooted in opinionated preferences. I just

asked TSO about this and she agreed. And she's a Cordon Bleu pastry chef who worked for 25 years as a chef and pastry chef on Hilton Head. Fine restaurants and then high dollar private community clubs. A lot of bread and pasta in America that's passed off as Italian is actually from Italy.
