Referring back to an article I read. Many schools are trying to make price

imply quality....but then give big discounts as 'scholarships'. IE, almost EVERYONE who gets in qualifies for a scholarship that take 35 to 50% off of the 'list price'. They don't package it that way, and they do make it sound like "You're smart! You earned it!", but it's the approach a lot seem to take.
