Agree with most of that but the Stafford family situation was a bit ...

different. It was a 'feel good' family moment and it was a couple of shots from one camera. It wasn't a throng of media. You could argue that Taylor Swift is one of the 5-10 most famous people on the planet so she naturally will become the focus of any situation she is in. That is simply because of who she is and not because of what she does. I would equate it to Princess Kate coming down to the field after England wins the World Cup - that would quickly shift the focus from the achievement to her appearance. That is all I was trying to say. Now, at least to our knowledge, she isn't dating one of England's players so there is a distinct difference there. She should certainly be able to relish in the moment with her boyfriend and I have no reason to suspect that she would try to 'steal his thunder'. However, there are other folks in the equation who would certainly be tempted to do so. Damn - never thought that post I made while sitting on a conference call would generate so much pushback. I need to get an I Love Taylor Swift t-shirt and bumper sticker. :)
