My son is talking with the USMC about a newish "internship" program...
...for college students. Is basically ROTC without the commitment from either side. Training opportunities and OCS during the summers. At the end of it all, if they like you and you like them you're offered a commission upon graduation from college.
He's strongly considering it. As a college wrestler, he's not overly concerned about the PFT. He does seem a little concerned about what the doctor may do to him at MEPS.
