I'm with vthokieq on this....I don't even put ours in our own can until...

...the morning of collection. I'd rather not have my can smelling like dog crap when I go to put something in there, and I certainly don't want it smelling like someone else's dogs crap.. I'd be pretty irked if someone did that to me. I'm actually surprised you're getting any support on the other side...
