It’s not that difficult.

Evaluate and make changes as needed. If you systematically have to go thru all staff then so be it. Asking for teachers to clean is a bandaid when stitches and staples are needed…not to mention that’s NOT what they were hired to do. They have the money to burn apparently and it’s cheaper to retain than to hire and train. If everyone is underpaid, you have bigger issues that need to be addressed.
