I'll also say that we are having an extremely tough time finding warehouse

personnel. We pay better than anyone else around for that position, but we still have a couple of spots we can't keep filled. I think these folks tend to be transient, so they'll move on quickly after a "rough day". Heck, I'm probably less than 50% on people showing up for interviews the past month or so. I do agree that you need to pay better, but we're already doing that. Not much I dislike more about work.
