How about the place where Sharon Tate was murdered.
Listed below is a link to where they have tried to sell that house and are now listing it for rent.
David Oman bought a house which is a few houses down from where Sharon Tate was murdered. He has weird things happen in the house and has done podcasts and has uploaded videos to YouTube showing strange things.
