I was in Israel several years ago. Our guide explained to us that
there was land of milk (near Jerusalem, where it is too dry to grow crops but suitable for grazing) and a land of honey (Galilee, where it is moist enough to grow crops). There are few if any places in Israel where they produce both milk and honey.
