eh...just talking about the fact that a good chunk of money...

...will no longer be coming off the top (and the ability to save that money for the couple of years while still working). We made a grate decision about 13 years ago to refi when the rates were under 3%. We went from having 25 years left on a 30 year mortgage, to a 15 year mortgage for not a lot more each month, and even had some excess fund to pay off some other crap.
